This wildlife and primate safari safari takes you to Uganda’s most amazing national parks, Bwindi impenetrable forest home to the mountain gorillas and pygmies as well as Queen Elizabeth National Park famous for tree- climbing lions, elephants, buffalos, as well as Kazinga Channel. The Kazinga channel boat cruise is considered one of the highlights of the trip, as one gets the opportunity to get up close and personal with fantastic birdlife, hippos, crocodiles, and of course scores of elephant and Cape buffalo that make their way down to the river to quench their thirst.

Day 1 – Arrival

Our guide will meet you at the aiport and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe for Overnight at The Boma Guest Hotel Entebbe. B.B

Day 2 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today morning, you will be picked up by our Safari guide from 1000 Shades of Green after your breakfast at the hotel, and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park found in southwestern Uganda. You will stopover in Mbarara town for lunch. Dine and spend the night at Mweya Safari Lodge. B.L.D

Day 3 – Game Drive and Kazinga Boat Cruise

In the morning you will gave a game drive along the much loved Kasenyo trail during which you will see various animals including buffaloes, lions, elephants, leopard, waterbucks, and various types of antelope species. After lunch you will take a thrilling 2 hours boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel to see other animals’ hippos; this is the highlight activity in this national park. Dine and spend the night at Mweya Safari Lodge. B.L.D

Day 4 – Transfer to Bwindi

After breakfast you will depart Mweya Safari lodge and then drive to Bwindi National park going through the southern Ishasha sector where you will enjoy another game drive as you look for tree-climbing lions; lunch en route. On arrival Bwindi you will have a nature walk in the afternoon to Mujabijiro waterfall and visit the Batwa Pygmies who will entertain you with traditional songs and dances. Dine and spend the night at Chameleon Hill Lodge B.L.D

Day 5 – Bwindi Gorilla Tracking

Today you will have an early breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a briefing, from which you will begin the Tracking Gorilla activity led by trackers and rangers you will spend an hour with the gorillas, and after return to your lodge, checkout and transfer to Rwanda – Kigali. Dine and spend the night at Kigali Serena Hotel. B.L

Day 6 – Kigali City Tour Departure

After your breakfast you will enjoy a city tour in the capital of Rwanda –Kigali during which you will visit various handicrafts shopping to buy some souvenirs, visit the local markets Gisozi Genocide Memorial site, before having lunch. Depending on your departure time, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
